Ken Ludwig is a speaker, coach and radio talk show host. Connections Radio Presents Lance Secretan “Inspirational Leadership In Work and Family”

“Becoming a more effective leader requires becoming a more inspiring person.” These are the words of Dr. Lance Secretan, a renowned pioneer in innovative leadership ideas.

Lance discusses the three aspects in the title of his new book, The Spark, The Flame and The Torch: Inspire Self, Inspire Others, Inspire the World.

“The Torch is about creating a legacy and paying it forward. It is how we teach, coach and mentor as we help others to grow.”
