This is a radio program about reclaiming your power; about recognizing that we all have acquired a whole collection of self-defeating and self-destructive behaviors that we need to conquer and release. From the hardcore addictions of alcohol and drugs to gambling and over-eating or just plain old bad habits, it is time to explore a new way of being. Your host, Ken Ludwig, will give the audience real and practical examples of tools and techniques that they can use immediately to rewire their thinking and create a new set of responses to the world around them.

Ludwig’s approach is holistic; through the practice and study of our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects we empower ourselves.  He supplies tools and techniques for the listeners through his teaching and by bringing in guests that excel in all of these fields.  Tune-in throughout the week, each new show is posted on Thursdays at 12N MDT.  This show is also available to download or to share with a friend in need.

This show introduces you, the audience, to your host, Ken Ludwig.  You will learn of Ken’s passion and conviction around living a recovered Life.  Ken shares his insights concerning how you can recognize your self-defeating or self-destructive habits and reclaim your power.

Ken takes questions from the audience such as “someone in AA told me that once I start coming to AA for support to help me with my addiction, that I will always have to come to meetings to keep me on the straight and narrow..?” and “I am comfortable with the 12-Step program of AA because it has really helped me in my life with my addiction, so why would I need to do another program if I have been doing so well with AA?”  He shares his experience of becoming sober, his knowledge of metaphysics and how that knowledge can support you on your journey away from any addiction or self-destructive habit.   None of us learned our bad habits over-night. It doesn’t matter how old you are or how long you have been expressing the negative behaviors that are preventing you from being all that you want to be and know you can be.

Ken asks an up front and frank question of the audience – who are YOU really?  No matter how you choose to denigrate yourself, numb yourself out from past pain and avoid the truth of who you are – you are always one with and an expression of the Divine.
